Attaching images (files) to forum posts

It helps to read the words The links at the top of the forum post form has links for inserting video, images, links, or email addresses, but when clicked they require a URL (universal resource locator; a location on the Internet), so how do you attach an image or file located on your computer? After some head-scratching and looking for answers, there it was - staring me in the face; just below the form, in big, easy-to-read letters, it says, "click or drag files here to attach them." Hey, I'm still learning!
